Refund Policy

All payments made to Sayulita Wellness Retreat for retreat bookings are non-refundable. By registering for any retreat, program, or event (collectively referred to as “Retreat”), you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to illness, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or any other unforeseen events.
2. Payment & Cancellations
- Deposits and Full Payments: All deposits and payments made to reserve a spot in any Retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellation by Participant: If you choose to cancel your participation in the Retreat for any reason, no refunds will be issued. You may, however, transfer your booking to another individual, provided they meet all Retreat requirements and complete any necessary registration processes within 30 days of your cancellation. Such a transfer will be permitted at Sayulita Wellness Retreat’s sole discretion.
3. Cancellation by Sayulita Wellness Retreat
In the rare event that Sayulita Wellness Retreat must cancel or reschedule a Retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or natural disasters, you will have the option to transfer your payment to a future Retreat date within one year from the original Retreat date. Sayulita Wellness Retreat will not be responsible for any additional expenses, losses, or costs incurred by the participant as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling.
4. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Given the non-refundable nature of payments made to Sayulita Wellness Retreat, it is strongly recommended that participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation, including illness, travel delays, or other emergencies.
5. Agreement to Policy
By making any payment or reservation with Sayulita Wellness Retreat, you agree to be bound by the terms of this No Refund Policy. Sayulita Wellness Retreat reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer for Sayulita Wellness Retreat and Plant Medicine
1. Retreat Fees & Plant Medicine Usage
By participating in the Sayulita Wellness Retreat (the “Retreat”), you understand and agree that all fees paid to Sayulita Wellness Retreat are solely for the retreat experience, including accommodations, meals, activities, and wellness programs offered during your stay. No portion of the payment made for the Retreat is intended for or directed toward the procurement, purchase, or provision of any substances, plant medicines, or other entheogenic materials (“Plant Medicine”).
2. Plant Medicine is a Gift
Any Plant Medicine that may be used, shared, or offered during the Retreat is provided as a gift to participants, and is not sold, traded, or provided in exchange for any payment made in American dollars or any other currency. Such Plant Medicine is intended for ceremonial, spiritual, or healing purposes in accordance with local customs and traditions. The use of Plant Medicine is entirely voluntary, and participants acknowledge that they have not paid for the receipt of any such substances in any manner.
3. Personal Responsibility & Voluntary Participation
Participation in any activities involving Plant Medicine is at the sole discretion of the participant. Sayulita Wellness Retreat does not provide any guarantee, assurance, or representation regarding the safety, efficacy, legality, or outcomes of the use of any Plant Medicine. All participants must exercise personal responsibility and are encouraged to seek independent legal and medical advice before choosing to engage in any activity involving Plant Medicine.
4. Compliance with Laws and Customs
The Retreat operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which it is located. It is the responsibility of each participant to be informed of and comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws related to the use of Plant Medicine. Sayulita Wellness Retreat assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions of participants who may choose to use Plant Medicine during or after the Retreat.
5. Assumption of Risk
Participants understand and acknowledge that the use of Plant Medicine may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical, psychological, and legal risks. By participating in the Retreat, participants assume all such risks voluntarily and release Sayulita Wellness Retreat and its owners, employees, facilitators, and affiliates from any liability arising from or in connection with the use of Plant Medicine during the Retreat.
